With the new APIs, is it possible to determine how many positions are open and limit force a limit on the number of open positions?

There wasn't any way possible to do this with WL6 and Fidelity and it caused problems.

With the quote monitor you couldn't stop them. With the strategy monitor if you can count the number of positions using the IB or TD API maybe you could?

I am working on implementing that in Robinhood so I'm hoping that's possible with WL7.
