I signed for the annual plan 90-day trial, but then discovered that IQFeed extension has a different trail period (15 days).
If I change the the plan to premium it wants me to buy it outright instead of a trail.

Rename
Since your subscription is not Premium (which unlocks access to all extensions created by Quantacula LLC), the most straightforward option is the extension purchase.
