My IB Account is missing if I try to add a manual price trigger in a quote window. The Broker/Account dropdown for the quote window is set to the IB Account. I am connected to IB per the Order Manager. I tried changing the streaming provider but that didn't work either.

I just noticed that if I try to add a new trigger now (nothing has changed except some orders have executed) the account dropdown only has the IB Account?!

Thanks for the report. It looks like it sticks with the broker/account selected when you first add a price trigger.

fyi, in the order of best to most latent quotes: IQFeed (best) > IB > TDA (most latency)

Thanks Cone. I've always used IQFeed for my intraday strategies but I've had some weird ticks come through at times. Have you experienced that much with IQFeed?

IQFeed gives you all the "prints" (ticks) whereas the others are sampled several times per second, so you end up with filtering of sorts (and delay).

Probably the solution for a feed like IQFeed is the streaming tick filter feature request:

Fixed for Build 22. You can use a Quotes & Triggers instance for one broker/account only, controlled by the broker/account in the toolbar.

1. New triggers will default to the broker/account in the toolbar. You can't change it in the trigger dialog.
2. If you assign a trigger to broker/account A and then change it in the toolbar to broker/account B, all triggers previously added will be re-assigned to B.

In short, in a Quotes & Triggers window, all triggers that become orders will be routed to the currently-selected account in the toolbar.
