Using Build 2
- try to drop a pre-compiled strategy into Strategy Monitor (created in VS).
- First problem: there is no way to select which symbol to run the strategy on. It just gives you the choice for a dataset.
- Second Problem: When I select a dataset and hit ok. I get this error: Could not compile Strategy.

Related issue: I use 5-minutes intervals strategy. I would like to re-run it every 5 minutes by streaming the chart as in WL6, but I don't see a 'streaming' button on the strategy chart ( I see it on charts that are not associated with a strategy).

Is there a way to auto run strategies on 5-intervals with streaming similar to WL6 without Strategy Monitor?

This is by design but as a workaround you could create a DataSet with one symbol.

It's not there: it has moved on top along with a dropdown box of streaming providers you can choose from and activate streaming nearby. It's documented in the Help > Charts > Streaming Charts.

You can drop a Strategy into a normal Chart window and then be able to stream it from there. I'll look into Compiled Strategies in the SM, we might need to do some more work to enable those working.

Dropping pre-complied strategy into streaming chart works!

Thank you.

Once I drop a strategy into streaming chart I still can't change its parameters.
Is there a planned feature to add them?

No current plans. There's only so much real-estate there, the idea is to make sure the parameters defaults are set as you wish before dropping. If there's a big demand for this feature we'll implement it. But we have a ton of requested features and are in the process of building a page where you can vote for the features so we can work on the ones with the biggest demand.
