I got the above error when starting live trading for the first time in awhile. I haven't gotten it since. Is it anything I need to worry about and what does it mean please?

What log message source is throwing this, can you check in the Log Viewer?
No, it's just that some process (maybe the Accounts window) is trying to connect to the Broker, and your token must have expired. If you re-configure in the Order Manager Configure button and get a new token you should be good to go.
Ok, yeah, I do remember now getting a new token. I'm glad it's nothing to worry about thank you.
