It can be used both in the SM and streaming charts as long as you're not connected to a live broker account in these tools as this would duplicate its orders.

Clarifying, it wouldn't conflict unless you're Auto-Placing the orders to the same broker in both tools. If you want to check on a strategy using a streaming chart while Auto-Placing orders with the S. Monitor, of course that's not a problem.
