If I'm not happy with the quote monitor, does WL7 allow custom monitoring of the quotes and generating signals based on a WL7 strategy in real time?
I have special sell signals that don't fit in the normal market/limit/stop/conditional category that I'd like to implement.

Not yet, but if there's sufficient demand we want to add some capability along those lines. Basically, a hook for Strategies to override a method that occurs whenever a streaming update occurs. Of course, this involves lots of planning and thought, but it's in the pipeline.
