Please add a possibilty to send private messages (PM) to other WL users active in the discussion forum.

Not a good idea at all since it raises concerns about getting unsolicited messages from potential advertisers which would also escape any moderation. We're public forum, not a private messenger. So in an exceptional case one can simply share his contact details on the forum.
What about being able to share contact details on one's public user profile page then?
No, it can go against GDPR regulation.
How about connecting on our Discord for this kind of thing?
