I downloaded wealth-lab 5.4 and installed in my Window Vista computer (dual core processors and 4 G memory). I called Fidelity and get enabled the full usage of wealth-lab. The Wealth-lab works fine if I do not login to Fidelity. Once I pressed button of login window to login to Fidelity, the Wealth-lab freezes. If I put incorrect ID and password, Fidelity server immediately returns and wealth-lab displays right message. I called Fidelity support. They can not find any error message from their database. They asked me to reinstall window. However, this happens to my window XP computer too. Does any software/language package conflict with wealth-lab?

Do you have .NET Framework 2.0 (minimum) installed?

If so, then we need a better description of "freezes". Does an error message appear? An screen shot would be nice. You can attach it to a Support Ticket.

My firend came and tried his Fidelity Wealth-Lab account. His is able to login without any problem. Looks like it is Fidelity login server issue. I will call they again.
