I have installed yesterday the fall windows 10 update called creators update, since then wealthlab is not working and I have this error message in French, which tells me that the software is not supported.
the only thing I changed on my pc from yesterday to today was the fall creators update on windows 10.
do you have any feedback on other users and win10 update?

1. What does it mean "not working"?
How to Report Bugs Effectively > "Show me"2. Which error message, exactly? Ctrl-C will copy the message text which you can Ctrl-V here. (It does not matter which language it's in.) As an alternative, you can Alt-PrtScrn the dialog box and Ctrl-V it into Paint, save as PNG, and attach when replying.

1. Is there a chance your Windows is 32-bit and 64-bit Wealth-Lab can't be run?
2. Try playing with Compatibility mode settings i.e. simulate previous build of Win10 etc.
3. Try to reinstall
.NET framework. WLD 6.9 is fine with 4.5, 4.6 or 4.7 alike. You should have 4.7 installed.
