WLP not updating charts to current date when streaming data is enabled

I downloaded the trial version of WLP, and began using it 6-8-2017. For some reason, that seems to be a sticky date for me.

Note the attached screenshot. I am connected to streaming data, yet the last bar indicated on any chart is 6-8-2017. Previously, I was successful in obtaining the the current bar by clicking "Stream" icon at the bottom right of the screen. For some reason, that icon does not exist today. I closed WLP and reopened it, reestablished streaming data connection - but still no streaming icon. The stock displayed is one of the symbols I include in the Preferences section for streaming data.

Puzzled ....

Streaming data is not available to trial users. It requires WLP entitlement from Fidelity.

I failed to mention I'm up and running and trading w/ WLP after meeting all requirements for use. I've made ~20+ roundtrip trades thus far using WLP in my Fidelity account.

You seem to have 6/8/2017 set as the last date in Date Range:
