In a registered owner of WLDev4.5 & wish to upgrade direct to WLDev 5.3, will This still cost $150??
Also I've upgraded my computer, will I need a new key, I would no longer use the old machine for WL(too slow).
And is it actually avail now?

There was no WLD 4.5 - only WLD 4.04. On the other side, there was WL Pro 4.5, and if you're a Fidelity customer, you can get WLP 5.3 for free with a qualified account. If you own WLD4, then the answer is yes (except for legacy U.S./Canadian customers).
(Honestly, I think it's a steal because you get 2 fully independent applications working side by side for just $150.)
