Using the latest WLP. I recently noticed that the trading tooltip (shows the profilt price and % on the chart) is missing. I only see the line between the entry/exit points but not the actual tooltip when I hover on the sell (green down arrow) indicator. What am I missing??

Check that your script doesn't include EnableTradeNotes which can hide the tooltip's visibility.

It's not there. I added the following line, just to see if it makes a change. None.

Try to restart WLP. Does it help?
If not, please attach a full size screenshot of WLP (from title bar to status bar, preferably in PNG format) demonstrating the anomaly. I'd also like to see how your DPI is configured in Windows - hence the entire main workspace.

Thanks. I don't have an idea as to what may be causing this. Let's try to reset all your many chart customizations.
1. Close WLP
2. Temporarily rename or move out the 2 files from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabDev\1.0.0.0\Data\
WealthLabConfig.txt and EditorSettings.xml
3. Restart WLP

Preferences (F12) > Chart Colors & Styles > Tooltips > check Fundamental Items

Robert, I'm guilty for not reading the manual - you documented it there. :) However, it's counterintuitive to see this checkbox ruling the trade tooltip.
