Submitting Code for Inclusion in Community Indicators?

I am in the process of using WSTL to translate a number of items from the WL4 Code library to WLP. How do I submit this code for inclusion in Community Indicators?

From a technical standpoint, WSTL-generated code can not be used to create 'formal' indicators. To be included in an indicator library, your code has to follow certain API guidelines (and not use WSTL, of course):
