This is on my standby laptop. Straps are set and compile but I can't optimize as these values are not showing. Could it be that I don't have the required extension installed?

When you have a problem, please explain it clearly, with as many facts as you can think of, and possibly attach a screenshot to illustrate what you're seeing. Describe what is happening, precisely. What does the ambiguous description "not showing" or "missing" may mean? Missing from where exactly - bottom left corner, Optimization tab, etc? Does this affect all strategies or just some? etc.
