Please correct any misunderstandings i might have.
It's my understanding WLpro5 is for use in the US/CDN (with Fidelity only)?
WLpro5 is able to handle live feed intraday autotrading?
The widely used "crossover at close" scenario can be set up to autotrade, with 3 part bracket orders, entry-exit and stop/loss?
This can be done with drag and drop, no coding needed?
And a alert at crossover close is available for manual trading too?
Is this alert also a drag and drop, or require coding.

An alert to buy at the next bar at market after crossover that happened on close of this bar doesn't require coding. You can take a look at this tutorial video - AFAIR it demonstrates a bracker order in rule-based wizard.
