Portfolio wide stop loss

Would it be possible for you to show how to create a portfolio wide stop loss.

By portfolio wide stop loss I mean that once you lose x dollars or x pct of your equity from your peak account value you would close out all positions.

It's not at all easy to do in Wealth-Lab without some coding gymnastics.

That's because strategies are always executed in a Raw Profit mode, generally one symbol as a time, and then the raw trades are processed to apply a Portfolio-mode sizing. So, the trading - entries and exits - is already complete before the Portfolio sizing process occurs.

There is a solution, but it's somewhat esoteric - Interacting Dynamically with Portfolio Level Equity
