I select a training set and click the training set button and end up with this error: "Index is out of range" :(

As I supported you for a month on this issue, please post in the original thread with more information as to what steps you took to get NL working:

Neuro-Lab crashes immediately

Nobody likes forum threads hanging in thin air without resolution, so let's not keep this secret. And then we move on to your IOOR error.
