Can several Strategy Monitors be running simultaneously?

Can several Strategy Monitors be created a computer and run one at a time?

I have an SM that is monitoring 125 strategies that I do not want to disturb. The other SM would be used to monitor approx. 100 stocks, all using the same strategy and strategy parameters.

Only one instance of SM can be run in WLP. As a workaround, it is possible to run several copies of WLP under different Windows user names (accounts) and have a SM instance in each. Not sure if one Fidelity login can be shared between them (probably) or not. Alternatives to using multiple Windows accounts include installing WLP on several computers or running inside a virtual machine (VM) on the same PC.

...and switching between them with Windows-L shortcut and then clicking "Switch users". Just to be clear.
