Can someone verify that volume data is missing for following Fidelity Market Sentiment Data?

.MB_TV.Q
.MB_ADV.Q
.MB_DEC.Q
.MB_UNC.Q
.STI.O (missing price data)

Is this Fidelity data issue or Wealth-lab data record issue?

A Wealth-Lab data record issue, although I don't believe, is easily fixed by right-clicking on the chart and selecting "Reload chart history". If the issue persists, then it's in Fidelity data (contact Fidelity).

In any case, here's a free backup datasource at your service -> Market Sentiment static data provider

The thing is, when I update the data, it does record the latest volume data. But when I update the next period, this volume data disappears. Why would it disappear?

Whenever you update Fidelity Daily data, the last 3 bars are refreshed for corrections. It sounds like something is wrong on the server side.

Fidelity Market Sentiment data is finally coming in again. Unfortunately, there's still a problem with the history for .STI.O prior to 1-18-2012, which when fixed will require that you refresh this chart. It's probably a good idea to refresh all these data anyway by physically deleting the .WL data files in the root ..\Data\FidelityStaticProvider\Daily folder (not the subfolders).

...and to save yourself from the trouble of managing hidden file/folder visibility, it's advised to install the Data Tool extension, highlight the market sentiment DataSet, and click "Remove all data". This option was designed to help mass reload.

Good morning. related with this. I can see market sentiment data in real time and tick by tick in Fidelity Active Trader Pro. However I cannot see the same information in wealth lab even though I access to Fidelity from WL with my username. The data is there but WL cannot use it in real time, just EOD. Can we improve or solve this issue? many thanks. AJR

If you're a WLP trial user, there may be limitations. But since you seem to have logged in to WLP then I'd suggest that you call Fidelity.

The Market Sentiment provider is depreciated. Effective 02/20/2020, MS123 supports the most frequently used market sentiment data through our Wealth-Data provider - the advancing, declining and unchanged issues for AMEX, NASDAQ and NYSE! Here are the symbols:

$AMEX_ADVN (AMEX Advancing Issues)
$AMEX_DECLN (AMEX Declining Issues)
$AMEX_UNCHN (AMEX Unchanged Issues)
$NASDAQ_ADVN (NASDAQ Advancing Issues)
$NASDAQ_DECLN (NASDAQ Declining Issues)
$NASDAQ_UNCHN (NASDAQ Unchanged Issues)
$NYSE_ADVN (NYSE Advancing Issues)
$NYSE_DECLN (NYSE Declining Issues)
$NYSE_UNCHN (NYSE Unchanged Issues)

You can create a W-D DataSet by copying/pasting the symbols or by choosing them from "MS" Classification Group in the New DataSet Wizard > Wealth-Data.
