I see I have passed the 5 day review. I am now missing open and closed positions, althogh my daily position change has updated. Is that supposed to happen?

This may be the same or a similar to the problem I'm experiencing.

Everything seemed normal until after I after I uploaded my staged signals for tommorrow's trading and they were published.

Now when I return to my system's wealthsignals page whilst logged in as the author I get an alert dialog saying AjaxExceptionResults and most of the areas of the page are blank or say loading (e.g. the system description and the Today's Signals areas). If I clear the AjaxExceptionResults dialog it just pops up again ad infinitum. This is using the google Chrome browser.

If I switch to using internet explorer I don't get the AjaxExceptionResults popup but I get Errors on the page reported at the bottom left of the browser. Most of the page has data and I can interact with it but the sections for Today's Signals, Open Positions and Closed Positions have no entries which sounds similar to what shardis89 has mentioned.

If I click on Errors on page at the bottom left of the internet explorer browser I get a windows explorer dialog mentioning some javascript errors (e.g. console is undefined in systemDetails.js and autocomplete(...).data(...) is null or not an object in add-signals.js).

I'll try and attach a few screenshots.

We know about the AJAX exception. I believe that the disappearing open/closed positions are the result of yesterday's website update: our webmaster is implementing a requested feature: File Attachments in posts. Temporarily broken also are tag buttons in forum posts: unless you click on Edit, they aren't inserting tags. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll have to fix it ASAP.

I see I am on probation for not submitting my signals yesterday. Let me assure you I had every intention of doing so, but unfortunately since the website was giving an error I was hesitant to do so. I could not see my open or closed positions, thus I was hesitant to do so. I would think there may be an exception to the rule in this case.

WealthSignals doesn't penalize authors for a one day absense. There is a 2-day Rule: author of a TSSN system either places signals or claims No Signals Today status. The 2-day Rule is a prerequisite for successfully completing the probation period. If WS is not hearing from an author for two days in a row i.e. neither action has been taken, on the 3rd trading day the system's status changes to Under Review.

As an exception, we restored your system's status. I understand that our bug was limiting the feedback, but it was fixed yesterday, giving room for action before the open. Please note that in case of emergency, authors can post NST status from the WSP, avoiding a violation of the 2-Day Rule.
