Indicator for trends (higher highs and higher lows)?

Is there an indicator that shows trends represented by "higher highs and higher lows" (Bull) and lower highs, lower lows - Bear? Similar indicator will also do, if not exact.

Couldn't find one TASC, Standard or Community, unless i missed something
