1. I would like to see the time frame like in 4.5 rather than drop down in 5.3 which is painful to use several times during the day. Also leave 3-5 custom time frame boxes where we can save for future use. This is a free cookie, because I don't get anything for this idea. :)

2. Wish to have scripts and work spaces backup like in 4.5

3. When saving as, I would like to see the scripts in the folder. So that I can try to use the file name to start with. Now I have to remember the whole file name and type the thing. Because if I want to save as .....b or c, now it is not user friendly. Also when clicking on the script, not easy to change the script name. Right click enable will be good to have.

I remember Robert was suggesting it to Fidelity a year ago... IMO would be extremely helpful.

Everyone would like to have their "special" feature and in the end, the interface will get crowded. Actually, it's pretty easy to implement yourself. For instance, a VB Script that just copies your Strategies/Workspaces/whatever else to another location. Or it could be an AutoIt script. Or a scheduled task of your favorite backup software. As you see, since your strategies are already in individual XML files (vs. in the database like before), any 3rd party or D.I.Y. software can be used to back them up. For greater flexibility.

Probably it would be better not to see the scripts but instead make the input field "sensitive". As you type 'A', Wealth-Lab would suggest you one of the existing strategy names starting with 'A'.

1. Fidelity is already designing a 1-click scale change for 5.4.

2. What need is generating the requirement for Auto-Backup? When you close a window that you haven't saved, it already asks you if you want to save it.

Thank you very much both of you. Very methodical reply and prompt too. I agree with you we get to have only so much. But more wishes, if Fidelity cares to read this, then more job for the developers too. Win-Win :)
