I followed this steps from the wiki: "To use the library, select "MS123 Scorecard" on the dropdown list in Strategy Ranking or Optimization tools - it's next to the Basic or Extended scorecards."
But I don't find the MS123 Scorecard. Do I need to install something?

Here's the library which contains MS123 Scorecards:
Performance Visualizers library aka "MS123 Visualizers".
Please install it and restart WLD to apply. Then you'll find the scorecard in the dropdown box.
