I know this topic has been brought up a few year's ago. People have been recommending to get it from different sources such as CBOE. Does anyone know if we can get the data from Fidelity now? I searched the some the trading strategies, one of them uses "TOTALPC" as the symbol, but when I use it, the data manager said it can not get the data for it. I know I can manual merge it with other data by using a spreadsheet, but life will be easier if we can get it directly from Fidelity data feed.

No need in spreadsheets or something. Like 5 years ago when it became available, we can still easily get that TOTALPC data from CBOE Static Provider (not Fidelity):
