It has been a while since I logged in. Does WealthLab Pro support Fidelity's Symantec VIP Security Token feature? Refer to https://www.fidelity.com/security/soft-tokens/overview

When I login to the Fidelity website or mobile app, I enter my "VIP Access Code" when prompted, and successfully log in.

When I use my Fidelity username/password WLP 6.9.17 says "Log In / Log In failure. [OK]"

Not at this time.

6.9.17 has some login issues that will be corrected in 6.9.18 (expected this week). For example, if you log out of 6.9.17, you must restart WLP to log in again.

Will WLP 6.9.18 users need to weaken their account security in order to login? Is there an ETA for supporting the VIP Security Token?

My guess is that when Fidelity decides that it's required for Wealth-Lab Pro, they'll implement it. For now, it seems that they will only be using it for "highly sensitive transactions such as setting up new bankwire instructions or changing your contact information".

Maybe Symantec VIP authentication will be implemented as a push authentication each time you log in with WL Pro, I'm not sure. Is it implemented for AT Pro? How?

Just checked.. Active Trader Pro 1.0.26 does not require the Symantec VIP Access security token. Somehow Fidelity allows ATP to bypass the VIP Access token, so this makes ATP a weak link (with full trading access) for anyone with the security token enabled. :(
If you attempt to use one of the links that takes you to Fidelity's website, you then must use the VIP token to log in.

WLP should consider petitioning Fidelity for a similar level of access, to be at parity with ATP.
