Error: WealthLabPro.exe has shut down

WLP stopped working all of a sudden..can"t open..tried reinstalling...this is the error report...please help...all my trading is centered around it. Run windows 7..has been stable for a long time otherwise.No new changes on computer. Thanks. I contacted Fidelity tech support and they had no solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have hundreds of hours wrapped up in this system.

Don't worry, follow a procedure in this KB article and you'll be up and running shortly:

WL5 Wiki > Wealth-Lab crashes on start: General troubleshooting procedure

Note: the key there is to not delete your files (as they contain your custom Strategies and other work and will be restored after some troubleshooting) - but to rename a directory.

I looked at the KB article and found the Data files but nothing else really applied. Originally I created a lot of specialized data sets that included alot of notations on specific charts and I can find no evidence of a file that would contain that information. It should be a fairly large file.

You are looking at an incorrect folder (under Program Files). We'll continue troubleshooting in your support ticket.
