I would like to know if there is a possibility to specify which editor you want to use when we click on "Strategy Description (HTML)" from the Strategy Summary sheet. What I want to do is tu use Word.

No, it is not possible to customize this feature. Create HTML in any HTML editor and paste the result into the Strategy Description editor box. Voila.
