Community.Rules: can't find rules after installation

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed the attachment of the Community.Rule with the guidline of the wiki. But I still can't find it in "New Strategy From Rules/Conditions". Is there any potential problem with the installation or should I find it elsewhere?

Hi,

Make sure the file is not marked as "downloaded from the internet": What Causes the "File Downloaded from the Internet" Warning and How Can I Easily Remove It?

Aside from this, another possible suggestion could be to double and triple check the destination path and action sequence.

What attributes does it have?

Attributes: full Access. Read, write, execute.

This is a totally incorrect location. For the correct path under Program Files please see "Installation Note" in the C.Rules Wiki page.

i know but i don't have another path. I checked this 5 times.
Should i WL reinstall and save it under the new path. C:\Program Files (x86)\Fidelity Investments\Wealth-Lab Pro 6\Data\Rules ?

No you don't have another path and there's no need to reinstall anything. You're mistakenly looking for the path which only Fidelity WLP (Pro) customers may have. For MS123 (Developer) customers like you the path is different as can be seen in the Wiki. You have Wealth-Lab installed under C:\Program Files\MS123\Wealth-Lab Developer 6, and the destination folder is \Data\Rules.
