I was on the Wealth-Lab Wiki site, trying to follow the first tuitorial on Combining Indicators. I following everything until they used the "Wealth-Lab Community Indicators" to instll the HullMA. I'm using WLP v.5.3.44.0 and I do not have "Wealth-Lab Community Indicators" in my Indicators List. How can I obtain these indicators and install them?

By the way, the tutorials are very nice, but difficult to follow if you are not familiar with everything. It would be nice to have a written summary of each step.

Also, I'm wondering "What id the relationship between the two sites:
http://www.wealth-lab.com/Home/ and http://www2.wealth-lab.com/WL5WIKI/ ?

To install Community.Indicators, just open the Extensions section of this web site. Please review the quick written tutorial, and then click "Get Extensions" to download and install the library.

P.S. The second site, which is also our site, serves as the WL5 Knowledge Base and the home of open source projects.

Eugene...Thank you for your quick response. I followed your instructions and successfully downloaded 5 extensions. Three of them I can readily locate. But could you give me a hint as to where "Community Components Library" and "Community performance Visualizers Pack" are found on WLP5?

Community.Visualizers - please see the Wealth-Lab User Guide, Preferences > Performance Visualizers. To enable or disable them, hit F12.

Community.Components, as stated in its description in the Wiki, is a library of methods that are used for programming your strategies in C#.

Eugene...Thank you. I found the Visualizers where you suggested. But, if you will forgive me for being so dense, how do I access this library of components? Obviously, I have a long way to go before I'll be programming in C#, but I'll keep plugging away at it.

Notice the word "programming" in my reply: it's a library of methods to be accessed programmatically (only).

Please see this:
How do I start with C# ?

Hello Eugene,

I have installed the community indicators but it is not possible to use it. I have written on the begin of the code the instruction using Community.Indicators but when i run the code it says "The type or namespace name Indicators does not exist in the namespace Community.

Thanks.

The problem was caused by not restarting Wealth-Lab after installing the extension, isn't it?

For others stumbling on this thread, it may be helpful to find instructions on how to install/update Wealth-Lab extensions in this illustrated tutorial and/or the Wealth-Lab User Guide > Extension Manager.

I am trying to download Community.Indicators for AAA strategy, but it looks like it requires a permission to download. Anyone know where I can get the permission and how I can add the indicator to Wealth-Lab Pro Editor?

Thanks.
