Good afternoon!
I will be very grateful, if you help me to choose a hardware for WL6.4 64bit. I’d like to understand how effectively WL will be using a multi-processor computer, which motherboard ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS supports Intel Xeon processors, while optimizing trade strategy? Will both processors be wotking while optimizing one strategy? Are all computer cores going to be used? OS win7 64.

If it is impossible to do, please, recommend me the most powerful expedient configuration.

Currently I've got not much to add to this thread:

Any plans for multicore support?

The discussion above presents the most comprehensive source of information on this topic. Wealth-Lab 6.4 does not have multi-core support in Optimizer, but this may change at some point in the future. It's expected that a single core will be utilized when running or optimizing a Strategy. (Optimizing several strategies at a time may spread the load onto multiple cores tough). Meanwhile, don't hesitate to start your free 30-day evaluation of the product. This will help you determine if it suits your needs at first hand.
