Hi,

Receiving stream FX datas from IQFeed

FX Rates are correct on IQFeeds quoting tool, but in WL the chart and trade record (entry/exit price) only shows rates up to 2 decimal places eg. 1.10 instead of 1.1030 or 1.1050.

Any hint where i can find help on that?

Thanks for help

Hi,

Although Wealth-Lab lets you change the global preference for Pricing Decimal Places (which is set to 2 by default in Preferences > Advanced Options) in one shot, that would affect all symbols and you don't want that for stocks.

There's more appropriate and flexible way to display 4 decimal places only where they're needed and it's called the Symbol Info Manager. Check out the respective User Guide chapter and this KB article:

Did you click on Eugene's link to set this up correctly for your Forex Symbols? Or did you use the global preference?

Be more specific about your configuration.

This can not happen (entries and exits using different decimals). Are you sure your exit code isn't using Bars.FormatValue? In any case, you have to provide us with a more detailed error report (including screenshot and strategy code) as Cone has suggested.
