Cannot find new provider after installing extension

This is probably simple, but I need some help. Just downloaded the BB Free data provider. I have restarted PC and WealthLab. WHen I go to DataManager: New DataSet, I cannot see it in list of providers nor is it in the Historical Data Providers list under the Update Data tab. I do find it in the folder
C:\Program Files\Fidelity Investments\Wealth-Lab Pro 6\

I have PC running VIsta and WealthLab Pro 6.5. Thanks Casey

It's caused by missing Market Manager DLL:

FAQ > Extension installed in Wealth-Lab Developer doesn't show up after restarting application.

If Fidelity included the Market Manager in WLP installation, this situation would not arise.

WHere exactly would I find this extension? Can I download it using the extensions manager? Thanks Casey
