Can't see WLP after starting the program

When Wealthlab 64bit starts it asks for me to log in to Fidelity. This I have done.
The only thing that appears is the Extension Manager, but no program.
I re downloaded the program, but this didn't change what is happening..

Running two screens, I think it might have to do with the config files ; however I am not sure what or exactly where to delete.
Is this the proper procedure?

I actually found the correct config file, erased the location data, restarted my computer, but am having the same issue. Wealthlab shows it as an active process but it does not appear on my task bar. When I re select the icon on my desktop, it says that Wealthlab is already running.

Hi Mike,

Looks like you're having that multiple monitor issue again:

Preferences dialog does not show up
No response when starting Strategy Monitor
