Does the Bloomberg Static Provider extension just load fundamental data, or does it also load price data?

Does it have to be run on a Bloomberg terminal, or can it be run on any PC by someone with a Bloomberg account?

Both. In fact, it's answered in the online manual: Bloomberg Static Provider for BBLoader

Cone (the developer) will correct me if I'm wrong. My understanding is that the WL6 provider and BB terminal do not have to be on the same machine. The provider can be run on any machine with access to BBLoader app installed as the provider reads static data the app collects. And BBLoader connects to a Bloomberg API.

Thank you. I read the WIKI, but I guess I skipped over number 2.

I don't know what the BBLoader app is. Is it a Bloomberg app or something you or Cone created?

I have Bloomberg account, but I don't have a Bloomberg terminal where I run Wealth-Lab Pro. Would the Bloomberg Static Provider extension let me download Bloomberg data in Wealth-Lab Pro?

The Bloomberg Static Provider itself will not let one download Bloomberg data in Wealth-Lab Pro. Created in WLD3 days, a separate app called BBLoader was used to download data via a Bloomberg API. The BBLoader must be installed on the Bloomberg terminal but once downloaded, the data could be read from any machine by the BB Static provider e.g. over network.
