It would be good to cross-link the three sites (I think there are three) in the high level menus of all of the sites. There are the WealthLab site, the Wiki site and the WL4 site.

One might as well as to the menu links to Netbenefits and fidelity.com to the menu as well.

This site (btw run by MS123) is dedicated to the Wealth-Lab 5 family of products. And the Wiki link was here right from the start, we're not hiding it, just take a look on the front page. ;)

Fidelity is accessible by the banner link (at least I heard so, because AdBlock Plus effectively hides all sorts of banners in Firefox).

What is Netbenefits?

OK, I guess everything is under the home page so I should go there initially rather than to the forums, as I normally do.

Netbenefits is another Fidelity product, but if you are Fidelity employees and are not familiar with it, then it definitely shouldn't be included (http://netbenefits.fidelity.com).

Some other areas of confusion I have with the sites, and maybe other people do as well, are:

- Community has two different contexts between the wiki and WL5 site
- The WL Wiki icon on WL Wiki site takes me to the home page of WL5 site. My expectation is the home page of the WL Wiki
- Does search under the wiki find content under the WL5, or do I have to search both places to locate something?

Just some comments to think about.

These are entirely different sites, running on different servers, featuring different "engines" (the WWW is an in-house product, the Wiki is open-source ScrewTurn Wiki). Searching one of them do not cross with another.

I agree with MikeCaron. To have split WLD5 and Wiki is not a good idea. Moreover, Wiki interface is very poor. I consider WLD4 website more userfriendly than WLD5 and Wiki. I regret the choice that you do.

What is "poor" about the Wiki interface, other than its open source, free, fast, community-driven, allows to present many type of content from highlighted WealthScript (C#) code to Flash video and so on?

I don't speak about wiki development technology. Of course, you can have flash and other add-on. I speak about interface, navigatation... I only discover yesterday that you have put video to explain how to use WLD5 on the top of the site. It was the first time that I discover that. Previously, I was looking only on the left of the website. So, I miss information just because of the user interface. Do you think that it is normal ?

Your website (Wealth-lab.com) is more userfrienly designed. You have color, image... with a good look and feel. So, you see that it's professional. This is not the case for Wiki page.

The "tag cloud" navigation is the one-click way to jump inside some category, like Tutorial Videos.

Looking at the left side of the screen, there is also a way to get to Tutorial Videos. However, it will take 2 clicks -- at first you open the "Category List", then find the "Tutorial Videos (10)" link there.

Moreover, there's a third way to see Tutorial Videos on the same page. At the bottom of the screen, there's a block of news that informs about:

As a Knowledge Base, wikis are industry standard. It's just differently organized and presented because it's a 3rd party software.
