WLD5 is not available to US/Canadian residents, and your trial has expired a year ago. Are you talking about WLP5?
Your question deserves to be rephrased. Since any .NET library can be made available in WL5, such "mega library" simply does not exist. Another reason is that even in the basic installation, many interfaces and methods are outside WealthLab.dll - the place you're probably looking for.

Functions and methods of the WealthScript namespace are collected in WealthLab.dll. Community.Indicators are not functions, they are technical market indicators (as are TASCIndicators and Standard Indicators.) See the difference?
Certainly, knowing C# is a big plus but Version 5's rule-based wizard is good for constructing simple trading systems from building blocks.
